Who can attend Texas Training Command trainings?
Trainings are open to registered Sea Cadets (NSCC) and League Cadets (NLCC). Please log into the Quarterdeck to see if you meet the eligibility requirements.
How do I register for a training?
Registration happens in the Parent Portal in the Quarterdeck. The Welcome Letter should contain all the details regarding your specific training. The Travel Information Form can be completed on this site when you Pay for your registration.
What documents are required?
All cadets must review the Welcome Letter and Seabag List for their training. Any additional forms, such as Waivers, will be posted here and in the Training Details on the Quarterdeck. The Travel Information Form must be completed.
What is the Travel Information Form?
The Travel Information Form tells staff how and when your cadet will arrive and depart, who is authorized to check them out, and — if flying — their flight details. It is required for all cadets attending training.
What is the cost of training?
Training costs may vary by evolution. Pricing will be listed on each training's detail here and in the Quarterdeck.
When do I pay for training?
Do not submit payment until your cadet has a CONFIRMED billet. If your cadet is still in a SUBMITTED or APPLIED state, do not submit payment.
How do I contact staff?
First, questions should go to your unit CO. If your question cannot be resolved at the unit level, you may then reach out to the Training Group Director at a.rendon@seacadets.org.
